Reza Mohammad Amin Saberian is a senior official of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' Cyber-Electronic Command (IRGC-CEC). He is linked to malicious cyber activities targeting U.S. critical infrastructure in violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. On February 2, 2024, Saberian was designated as a Specially Designated National by the U.S. Department of the Treasury under counterterrorism authority Executive Order 13224. This designation results in the blocking of all his U.S.-based property and interests, and prohibits transactions involving him by U.S. persons or within the United States.
